indonesia has been struck by tsunami again, and this time more than 300 has been reported dead. while there are many more still missing.
according to the news, australia and US has alreaedy warned indonesia of the activities they detected in indian ocean that might cause tsunami, it’s just that the indonesian authority do not have a specific emergency mechanism to warn the local people, by the time they figure out how to reach the local authority, it’s too late.

anyway, do u guys think currently malaysia are better equiped to face such a disaster again, let hope so!
last time i heard, we already have a system whereby if there are any alerts, they will broadcast it through sms to all mobile user. but they have never been any drill yet, so we do not know how effective it is.

and let us pray that we will never have to face such condition again!
